With an operator–investor mindset, I bring 20+ years of operating, investment and board experience, including 100+ hospitality advisory engagements globally. My track record includes serving as a former private equity portfolio company CEO, where I led acquisition-driven growth, platform transformation and a successful exit. Previously, as Head of European Hotels at Cerberus Capital Management, I deployed over US$300M of equity and served as a Board Director overseeing more than 4,000 hotel keys across multiple geographies and portfolio companies. My advisory and board focus includes hotel investment strategy, acquisition support, asset management, platform scaling and business plan execution across EMEA and North America. Alumnus of the Cornell School of Hotel Administration and Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. Based in Portugal and working globally, I am open to advisory and board engagements.
