Christine Merckelbagh is Co-founder and Managing Director of Label Gamelle, a social enterprise dedicated to the professional integration of people facing barriers to employment and refugees through food. After a 20-year career in large corporations including AXA, Crédit Agricole and Generali, she transitioned into social entrepreneurship to align her work with her values.

Trained in culinary arts at Ferrandi, she co-founded Label Gamelle in 2020. The organization now produces over 2,500 meals per day while supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds in their integration journey. Her work combines gastronomy, social impact, and inclusive business models.

She is the recipient of the BCG Environmental and Social Entrepreneur Award 2024 and the Force Femmes Entrepreneur Award 2022.
