Maria Haggo is a brain health strategist, researcher, and founder of Transform8. Holding an MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience from King's College London, she translates neuroscience into practical frameworks that help leaders and teams think more clearly, decide more effectively, and perform under pressure.

She is the architect of The Brain Ecology corporate framework and the Brain Advantage programs, and collaborates with King's College London on ongoing research. A Founding Member of the Applied Neuroscience Association UAE and Head of its Brain Health in the Workplace Special Interest Group, Maria brings both academic rigour and real-world application to every session.

Her work is grounded in a single conviction: the brain is core business infrastructure and leaders & organisations that treat it that way gain a measurable competitive edge.
