Ilona is a final-year Bachelor student in International Hospitality Management at EHL Hospitality Business School and currently serves as President of the Young Hospitality Summit, the world’s largest student-led hospitality summit, where she leads a 35-member team and oversees strategic partnerships and event execution. Raised in New York City, she has gained international experience across luxury hospitality, notably within Rosewood Hotel Group’s corporate EMEAC office, where she supported various hotel pre-openings. Passionate about luxury hospitality, brand strategy, and leadership, Ilona is driven by creating meaningful experiences at the intersection of people, performance, and purpose.
