A seasoned hotel technology strategist with a diverse skill set and over 20 years of industry experience, I have led some of the most complex technology transformations in the industry including the largest single tenant PMS implementation globally & migration of over 20 brands from four CRS platforms to one. Most recently I have assembled a global team of awesome IT leaders, overseeing the standardization and integration of a diverse portfolio of over 9000 hotels on a unified cloud based security platform and common reservation system, driving cost and complexity out of opening and operating hotels. Having participated in both diligence and execution on major acquisitions has given me insight not only into how different organizations build and manage their technology, but also how to quickly realize synergies when combining the best of both. I have a passion for hospitality and look forward to helping to shape what it will become in the future.
