Ingunn Hofseth is President and CEO of HSMAI Region Europe, the European arm of Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International, where she leads initiatives that connect and advance professionals across hospitality sales, marketing, revenue management, commercial strategy, and sustainability. With a career spanning travel agencies, tour operators, cruise lines, hotel consulting, association management, conferences, and meetings, Ingunn brings extensive international hospitality and travel industry experience. She became active with HSMAI Norway in 1993, later serving as Managing Director, and played a key role in the association’s growth before becoming President and CEO of HSMAI Region Europe when it was founded in 2015. Known for her commitment to professional development, industry collaboration, and commercial excellence, she continues to champion knowledge-sharing and leadership across Europe’s hospitality community.
