My expertise in hospitality has been shaped through a combination of academic excellence, international professional exposure, leadership roles, and a deep personal passion for experiential service design. As a hospitality management student at EHL Hospitality Business School, I have developed a strong foundation in key industry disciplines including operations management, revenue management, luxury brand strategy, sustainability, and service innovation. Beyond the classroom, I have consistently sought real-world exposure to understand how hospitality evolves across cultures, markets, and guest expectations. My experience as an Events Concierge during my internship in Sydney allowed me to work directly with international guests, coordinate high-end experiences, and understand the operational precision required to deliver seamless luxury service. More recently, my internship with Jack Morton Worldwide in Singapore has strengthened my expertise in large-scale event planning, stakeholder management, budgeting, and experiential marketing. Working on regional projects across Asia exposed me to integrated resort ecosystems, destination positioning strategies, and the growing importance of storytelling and immersive engagement in hospitality. I have contributed to venue sourcing, proposal development, client presentations, and on-site execution, which has enhanced my ability to translate strategic objectives into memorable guest journeys. In parallel, I have taken on leadership roles within student organizations, including serving as Head of Events during my mobility semester in Singapore, where I was responsible for conceptualizing and executing events for diverse audiences while managing budgets, logistics, and team coordination. These experiences have strengthened my communication skills, adaptability, and cultural intelligence , competencies that are increasingly essential in a globalized hospitality environment. My academic projects have further deepened my understanding of industry transformation, particularly regarding the redefinition of luxury for younger generations. I have explored how personalization, authenticity, sustainability, and digital engagement are reshaping guest expectations, and how hospitality brands must evolve from transactional service providers to experience curators. Having traveled extensively across continents, I also bring a strong global perspective on destination trends, service standards, and consumer behavior, which allows me to compare hospitality models and identify opportunities for innovation. I am particularly interested in the future of experiential hospitality, integrated resorts, luxury events, and lifestyle-driven travel, as well as the role of technology and social media in influencing guest decision-making. Ultimately, my goal is to contribute to the industry not only as an operator but also as a strategic thinker who can help shape more meaningful, inclusive, and sustainable hospitality experiences. I believe that my combination of academic rigor, international exposure, leadership involvement, and genuine passion for service excellence positions me well to provide valuable insights, represent the student perspective thoughtfully, and actively contribute to discussions that aim to shape the future of hospitality education and practice.
