Since 2019, he has served as the General Manager of The David Kempinski Tel Aviv, overseeing its grand opening and establishing it as a benchmark of luxury on Tel Aviv’s vibrant coastline. 

Having led some of the world’s most prestigious hotels, including The Ritz-Carlton Herzliya, Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem, and multiple Hilton flagship properties across London, Istanbul, and Israel, Guy Klaiman brings a wealth of international expertise. His career has been defined by a passion for meticulous service, innovative operations, and fostering high-performing teams that drive exceptional results. His leadership has led hotels to win numerous international accolades, including World Travel Awards and Condé Nast Traveler’s Best Hotel in the Middle East.

Beyond his professional life, Guy Klaiman is an adventurer at heart. A passionate traveler and deep-sea diving enthusiast, he finds inspiration in exploring new cultures and cuisines. When not leading one of Tel Aviv’s most distinguished luxury hotels, he enjoys cooking for his family and spending time with his loyal dog.
