He began his career at Disney and held senior roles across the Caribbean, cruise industry, and China before leading the launch of notable F&B concepts in Italy, including Café Trussardi and Dry in Milan. He has held strategic positions with leading hospitality groups and is recognized for his expertise in F&B advisory, spanning concept development, openings, and management across high-end venues in Europe. Giovanni also teaches Food Entrepreneurship and Business Planning at IED Florence and has delivered management training for Il Sole 24 Ore.
