Currently, GM at the JW Marriott Venice Resort & Spa. A native of Sardinia, Farci brings his extensive international experience across Europe and the Caribbean to the private Venetian island resort at Isola delle Rose. He holds a degree in Economics along with CHA® (Certified Hotel Administrator) certification from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute, and further honed his expertise through a master's in Hospitality Management and a General Manager's Program (GMP) at Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration. He spent more than ten years at IHG Hotels and Resorts leading properties across the world, including General Manager positions in the Caribbean at InterContinental Dominica Cabrits Resort & Spa and Holiday Inn Resort Aruba – Beach Resort & Casino by IGH, where he oversaw large-scale resort operations while driving commercial success and operational excellence.
