Nicolas Peluffo is the CEO of Awasi, an ultra-luxury experiential hospitality platform spanning five properties across South America. Over a 25-year career he has developed, operated, and invested in luxury hospitality assets across the Americas and Europe, including leading the institutional turnaround of a $600 million mixed-use luxury portfolio and co-founding Olea Capital, a private equity real estate vehicle focused on U.S. luxury hospitality. In under 18 months at Awasi, he has more than doubled the platform from three properties to five, entered Brazil as a new market, and launched the group's most ambitious property to date, which debuted on Travel+Leisure's 2026 It List among the top 15 luxury hotel openings worldwide. He is also a technology operator and co-founder of ventures in EdTech and B2B fintech, and is currently leading an applied AI research project focused on how teams think and make decisions.
