I am a Hospitality Management student at EHL Hospitality Business School, with academic and professional experience spanning hospitality, international relations, and cross-cultural environments. My experience in luxury hospitality operations, alongside my involvement in debate, public speaking, and negotiation, has shaped my interest in how people, organizations, and industries respond to change.

I am particularly interested in how emerging generations are reshaping leadership, workplace expectations, and the future of service industries. I enjoy exploring the dynamic between people, strategy, and technology, while being fascinated by the  savoir-faire behind navigating change without loosing sight of the people it affects .
