Zelia Chan is a Hong Kong-based hospitality student at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, currently pursuing a BSc (Hons) in Hotel & Tourism Management. She has a strong practical background in food and beverage operations, luxury wedding coordination, and brand representation, with experience at Black Sheep Restaurants, Nicole Please Weddings, and Abercrombie & Fitch. She is also an active student leader, serving as Student Ambassador, Class Representative, President of the Hospitality Student Club and Vice President of the International Students Association. With additional training in culinary arts at the Hong Kong Culinary Academy and luxury hospitality management from HEC Paris and EHL Lausanne, she is fluent in English and Cantonese and combines hands-on service skills with event management, vendor coordination, and team leadership. Outside of work and study, she enjoys volleyball, travel, and specialty coffee.
