Jobie Yip is a UX/UI Designer at IRIS, based in London, where she works on product features in which accuracy and accessibility are critical, including the redesign of the platform's allergen filter. Born and raised in Hong Kong, she studied Graphic Design (BA) and City Design and Social Science (MA) in London, and then worked in journalism in Hong Kong before returning to the UK to pursue her design career. She also co-founded an urban and transport planning advocacy group for Hong Kong, applying her UX and graphic design skills to proposals for better streets in her home city.
