PhD researcher in Behavioral Economics at the Loyola Behavioral Lab. She obtained a BA in English Philology from the University of Seville in 2020 and subsequently transitioned into the field of hospitality. Within the hospitality sector, she has held various managerial positions, primarily in sales, revenue management, and operations management. She specialized in revenue management through the completion of a Professional Development Diploma (PDD) in Revenue Management at Cornell University (Ithaca, New York) in 2005. After twelve years of professional experience in the hospitality industry, she moved into higher education as a senior lecturer, while continuing her academic development by completing an MBA at the University of Liverpool in 2017, with a focus on consultancy. Since 2013, she has combined her academic role at Les Roches Marbella with professional consultancy projects in revenue management, sharing her industry expertise with more than 2,000 hospitality students.
