Xavier is French-American and global citizen. Xavier has lived in Europe, Africa, and the US and has worked across the continents for the last 20 years.

Xavier became CEO for the first time at 31 years old for Club Med NA three years after he joined Club Med as Director. He led a complete turnaround of the Business Unit, which had lost $150m in the ten previous years, to become the BU with consistently the most robust Profit growth and highest team Engagement for multiple years.

Xavier has 18 years of experience as CEO and has worked in four different industries across continents: KRAFT FOOD—CPG, CLUB MED—Hospitality, YPO—CEO Network, and SVN—Commercial Real Estate. He joined Fosun - Private Equity in October 2024.

He is an experienced Operator with a proven track record of delivering best-in-class customer experience and digital transformation. Passionate and resilient he faced his first major crisis one week after he took his first CEO role during the 2009 Crisis. He faced 50+ hurricanes over the resorts he operated and is a Triathlete IRONMAN finisher.

Xavier loves to work in a diverse and multicultural environments and embraces agressive internal promotion. He has been a strong supporter and coach of women, HeForShe ambassador and helping women to access top executive roles.

Xavier has a unique global Business Network as former CEO of the YPO network - 35,000 CEOs in 150 countries. .

A graduate of EDHEC, one of the top business programs in Europe, Xavier holds a master’s degree in business management. He is also a member of the board of MUFRAGGI, a construction tools and materials family business created by his grandfather.

Xavier has two daughters, Leia and Ines. Xavier met his outstanding wife, Emma, 27 years ago. She is an experienced executive coach in the banking, trading, luxury and sport industry and a strong partner in Xavier’s professional success.
