I began working in Bon Ton and Etiquette in 2006 and later specialized in Business and Global Etiquette, offering corporate courses for professionals and managers. To date I have delivered thousands of hours of lessons and consulting throughout Italy and Italian-speaking Switzerland.

Author of the book "Bentornato Galateo" (Romano Editore, Florence 2010) and of many texts and magazine articles on etiquette, both online (including contributions to horeca.it, Wine & Fashion Magazine and italiaatavola.net) and offline, reaching a wide audience.

I am a consultant for national and local television networks, as shown in the videos on my YouTube channel "MaestroPresutti".

Since 2018 I have specialized in hospitality training, with particular focus on the important field of "Cross Culture", paying specific attention to the behavioral codes of foreign guests at hotels and restaurants, so that welcoming them means making them feel "as at home, and even better".

In 2020 I created and presented the video tutorials "Mai dire Buon Appetito", broadcast on TeleRegione Toscana.

From 2022 to 2025 I served as a board member, responsible for Bon Ton and Etiquette, on the Executive Board of the association of maîtres, sommeliers and food service staff, N.O.I. - Nuova Ospitalità Italiana.

Since 2025 I have been Secretary and Treasurer of Club SKÅL Firenze/Toscana.
