I'm a full-time MBA candidate at Les Roches Graduate School in Crans-Montana, Switzerland. Before my MBA I worked as a Digital Transformation Analyst at The Savoy London, where I saw first-hand how technology can support, or get in the way of, exceptional guest service. My main interest is where AI meets luxury hospitality: using data and automation so that teams can spend more time on the human side of the guest experience. What I value most about my studies is working alongside classmates from around the world and applying strategy directly to real hotel businesses.
