I am a management consultant and trainer specializing in hospitality and Food & Beverage Management. I enjoy working with numbers and operational organization. For more than twenty years I have supported hospitality businesses, historic hotels and hotel chains with cost optimization, business repositioning, revenue management and feasibility studies.

Over the course of my career I have had the opportunity to manage major operational and strategic projects, including working on food service for the Torino 2006 Olympic Villages as F&B Manager employed by the Olympic organizing committee, as well as leading operations and advising on startups for prestigious brands in the industry.

Alongside hands-on consulting, I have a strong passion for training: I am a senior lecturer and program coordinator of the Executive Programme in Food & Beverage Management at Luiss Business School, and I regularly work with universities and national trade associations such as Federalberghi. I am also the founder of the specialist consulting portal Il Tuo Food & Beverage.
