Noreen brings more than 30 years of experience partnering with travel and hospitality companies across distribution, marketing, and SaaS. Her career includes serving as CRO at Sojern, where she scaled the business while significantly improving client value and efficiency, as well as leading WayBlazer as CEO to pioneer early AI applications in travel. She has also held senior roles at Travelocity, DHISCO, and Intent Media, building deep, end-to-end industry expertise.

Her leadership philosophy is grounded in staying close to the customer, leading with data, and fostering a collaborative environment where teams are aligned around outcomes. Noreen believes the strongest results come when insight, accountability, and shared purpose work together.
