When I decided to study Tourism & Hotel Management, it was my first step towards getting a glimpse behind the scenes of the hotel and hospitality industry.

After a few years, it became clear to me that I had chosen the right industry. I love welcoming guests from all over the world and creating the kind of genuine, thoughtful service that makes their stay memorable.

Working at ANAGRAM Haus im Tal, I get to experience the joy of working in a boutique hotel in the heart of Munich. Our approach is all about creating an intimate and personalized stay — connecting guests with the city through local recommendations, authentic encounters and beautifully designed rooms.

As part of the Student Voices World Panel, I’m excited to share my perspective as a hospitality student and young professional, and to explore how our generation is shaping the future of hospitality, and learn from those who have already spent much of their careers in the industry.
