Buongiorno!

I am Michela Mola, CEO & Managing Director of Singer Palace Hotel Roma, a family-owned five-star boutique hotel in the heart of Rome. With a degree in Law, postgraduate studies and over 20 years of professional experience, I have developed a strong background in hospitality, events, guest experience and international partnerships.

Under our family’s leadership, Singer Palace has become one of Rome’s most recognised independent luxury hotels, earning One MICHELIN Key for three consecutive years, ranking #1 Hotel in Rome on Tripadvisor and receiving the 2026 Expedia Guest Choice Award.

My focus is on creating a warm, highly personalised style of hospitality while strengthening the hotel’s international positioning and relationships within the luxury travel industry.
