An entrepreneur for more than 30 years, Paola Puzzovio helps HoReCa businesses, producers and tourism operators move beyond an individual mindset to build networks, formats and experiences that make a destination more recognizable, competitive and attractive.

An expert in Food and Wine Tourism, the non-hotel accommodation sector and the development of territorial networks, she is a public speaker, trainer and consultant for public bodies, academies and businesses in the food and wine tourism and HoReCa sectors.
