Khalid (Khal) Ladha is the Co-Founder and CEO of Roomiy Finance, a hospitality fintech company focused on improving hotel profitability, reducing distribution costs, and increasing asset value. With a background spanning hotel operations, revenue management, technology, and structured finance, Khal began his hospitality career at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts before joining Duetto, where he worked with hotel owners and operators to optimize commercial performance. He subsequently held a leadership position at Super.com, helping scale its travel business from approximately $50 million to more than $1 billion in annual bookings. Before founding Roomiy, he served as Managing Partner at Poppyseed Capital, specializing in alternative assets and financial markets. A graduate of Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration, Khal combines hospitality industry expertise with financial innovation to develop new solutions that strengthen hotel owners' bottom lines.
