I am very passionate about passing down French culinary culture and how to implement sustainability in our practices.

My culture is very dear to me and so are the beautiful landscapes of France. Taking actions towards their preservation is a major component of my future career and what makes it meaningful to me. I yearn to share my culture, the culinary experience of France and I believe that sustainability offers us even more meaningful ways to reach this objective.
