Super 8 by Wyndham Seeks Aspiring Designer to Co-Create First-Ever Shared-Room Concept

Super 8® by Wyndham, the world's largest economy hotel brand, today announced a dream opportunity for young, aspiring designers with the launch of its first-ever ROOM8 Design Challenge. Centered on re-imagining a traditional hotel suite, the challenge looks to bring a fresh perspective to shared hotel accommodations and invites creative applicants to submit original design renderings for what will eventually become the brand's new ROOM8 (pronounced roommate) room concept.

Super 8 “Road Trip Fails” Campaign Showcases Renovations

Super 8, a part of Wyndham Hotel Group, just launched a multi-million-dollar ad campaign that takes a comical look at U.S. "road trip fails" while showcasing the brand's newly redesigned rooms. The campaign—called "See You on The Road" and created by independent agency TERRI & SANDY for television, radio, digital, and social—highlights more than $100 million in nationwide renovations, with updates ranging from new flat-screen TVs to local photography replacing guestroom artwork.
