NH Hoteles and Hesperia signed an agreement to merge their respective hotel management businesses in 2009. By this
transaction, NH Hoteles begins to manage the Hesperia establishments in 2010. City hotels are included amongst the range of
establishments offered by Hesperia, designed to make business or leisure stays in cities a break from daily work and a rest
during holidays. The offer is complemented by resorts situated in privileged locations, with sports, leisure and health facilities
to enjoy free time.
