Dusit Fudu Hotel Management (Shanghai) Company Limited is a Shanghai-based joint venture between Dusit
International and Fudu Hotel Investment Management Company Limited, the hospitality arm of Changzhou Qiao Yu
Holding Group. The partnership combines each company’s expertise in hospitality to expand the luxury hotel chain in
China, with plans to add another 50 hotels over the next five years through 2018. Under the operational name Dusit
Fudu Hotels & Resorts, all hotels opened under the joint venture will offer high quality facilities and services under
the Dusit brand, inspired by the unique artistry and culture of Thailand.
