The NOVUM Hospitality are 3 and 4-star properties in central locations of European metropolises, operating under three
brands and different standards. At present, the portfolio comprises 160 hotels in 65 locations throughout Europe. The
brands of the NOVUM Hospitality are the NOVUM Hotels, NOVUM Select Hotels and niu Hotels. The NOVUM Hotels are
individually styled hotels without a set standardisation when it comes to the room program.
