McCarthy Consultancy was founded by former hotel manager Kevin McCarthy. Kevin transitioned from hotel operations on the west coast of Ireland to Micros Fidelio over a decade ago,  gaining expertise in all modules of the Micros suite of products and connecting partners. Kevin's experience spans from locations all around the globe, having located in Germany, France, Switzerland, UAE and now The Netherlands, a global view with a global experience is a key strength. Working with some of the worlds most prestigious Hotel brands and hospitality initiatives brings the diverse and unparalleled skill to conquer all challenges and elicit an inspired view to every project . To date he has brought successful projects to completion in over 20 countries globally.
