Robert Vance is the Chief Wellness Officer of The WellSpring Group.

With 17-years in the luxury resort environment and almost 20-years in the spa industry Robert has a depth of experience in all phases of spa business development including planning, pre-opening, renovation and ongoing facility management and has honed his experience working with and for some of the most respected brands in the industry including Golden Door, Mii amo, Accor, Four Seasons and Sensei.

His passion lies in translating visions and goals into operational realities, identifying and implementing efficiencies that translate into profitability and curating exceptional and celebrated teams that translate into brand advocacy and industry recognition.

Robert received a B.A. from Pepperdine University and holds certifications in retail management, risk management and wellness coaching. An established and respected presence in the Spa and Wellness industry, Robert has served on the Board of Directors for the International Spa Association (ISPA) and other leadership and executive positions in regional and national associations and organizations.
