Founded by industry innovators Simone Puorto and Alessio Re, Elegia builds the data intelligence layer for hotels.

We take a fragmented tech stack - PMS, booking engine, CRM, email platform, paid media - and unify it into a single data architecture the hotel owns. Then we run AI orchestration on top of it to turn that data into revenue decisions.

Most hotels already have enough data. The problem is that nobody owns it in a usable form. Guest profiles are split across four systems. Reporting depends on manual exports. Marketing cannot attribute a booking to a channel with any confidence. That is what we fix.

We are not a software vendor. We do not sell dashboards or add another tool to the pile. We design and implement the infrastructure: API-first ingestion, hotel-owned data warehouse, identity resolution across systems, and AI agents that operate on clean unified data.

The work follows a fixed sequence: stack assessment, data unification, then intelligence. AI comes last, not first. Every recommendation is vendor-neutral and built to stay portable.
