Dr. Tong Yin is a management scholar, strategic analyst, and the founder of InsightBridge Strategy & AI Research. With a Ph.D. in Hospitality Management from Auburn University and an MBA from Eastern Illinois University, he brings over two decades of senior management experience and five years of doctoral research to his advisory work. He is the architect of the Home Model — a covenant-based management framework that challenges the dominance of Wolf Culture and Permanent Startup paradigms in modern corporations.

His research centers on The Home Model — a framework for organizational resilience that identifies the irreducible human capabilities AI cannot replicate: moral courage, crisis intuition, and the willingness to sacrifice for the collective. His work spans management theory, geopolitical analysis, and civilizational governance, with articles submitted to I by IMD, Forbes, MIT Sloan Management Review, and the Academy of Management Review.

Dr. Yin is the creator of several original theoretical frameworks: the Dynamic Driver Replacement Theory (DDRT), Core Code Theory, and the concept of Management Debt — each contributing to a comprehensive model of why organizations fail and how covenant governance can reverse that trajectory.
