RISE 2026 — Reshaping Hospitality by Empowering Women is Thailand's dedicated platform for advancing women across hotels, hospitality, and tourism — a single, focused three-hour gathering on Thursday, 3 September 2026, from 2:00 to 5:00 pm in Phuket. RISE exists for the women already leading the industry and the women just beginning to find their place in it: the hotel owner who built from nothing, the young entrepreneur still finding her footing, the next-generation leader stepping into a family legacy, the student wondering if there's room for them at the table.

Structured across four themes — Vision & Voice, Systems & Sectors, Emerging Leaders, and Craft, Communication & Self — the program moves from personal leadership stories and the realities of gender-responsive business, to youth perspectives and the honest work of building a brand, a business, or a career on your own terms. Speakers are drawn from across Thailand's hotel and tourism sector — owners, global brand leaders, entrepreneurs, designers, and rising young voices — closing with a structured reflection on what attendees will carry forward and commit to differently.

Organized by C9 Hotelworks, Mrs B Group, and Delivering Asia, RISE is a not-for-profit event open to everyone in hospitality, tourism, and the businesses that surround them — whether you've been in the industry for decades or are only just starting to imagine your own place in it.
