Global Revenue Forum (GRF) is an international platform for hospitality revenue and commercial professionals, bringing together senior leaders across revenue management, sales, marketing, distribution, technology and hotel operations. Through a series of city-based events and year-round content, GRF provides a forum for the hospitality community to exchange ideas, explore emerging commercial strategies and address the forces reshaping hotel performance and profitability.
The programme combines keynote presentations, panel discussions, breakout sessions and networking, with a strong focus on the relationship between technology, commercial strategy and human decision-making. For 2027, GRF is built around the theme “The Value Equation”, examining how artificial intelligence is changing travel discovery, pricing, distribution, visibility and guest expectations, and how hospitality companies can translate these capabilities into stronger demand and sustainable value creation.
