Midwest Lodging Investors Summit (MLIS)

The MLIS agenda combines general sessions, break-out discussions and keynote speakers on a wide variety of topics related to hotel development, ownership and management, both in the Midwest and throughout the U.S. Past general session topics have included overviews of the hotel industry, the low-down on hotel financing and discussions among top owners and operators. The breakout sessions are even more specific and deal in subjects as wide ranging as sustainability, soft branding, social media marketing, franchising, development and more. Other sessions examine the state of hotel industry segments, such as extended stay and vacation ownership.
