Hospitality – Il Salone dell'Accoglienza is one of Italy's leading international B2B trade exhibitions dedicated to the hotel, restaurant, and hospitality industry. Organized annually by Riva del Garda Fierecongressi in Riva del Garda, Trentino, the event brings together hoteliers, restaurateurs, accommodation operators, suppliers, manufacturers, and industry professionals to discover innovative products, technologies, and solutions shaping the future of hospitality. With more than 750 exhibitors, 20,000 visitors, and over 46,000 square meters of exhibition space at its latest edition, Hospitality serves as a major business and networking platform for the Italian and international HoReCa sector.
The exhibition covers the entire hospitality supply chain through four principal thematic areas: Contract & Wellness, Renovation & Tech, Food & Equipment, and Beverage. Specialized exhibition areas highlight emerging trends in craft beer, mixology, wine tourism, and outdoor hospitality, while the Hospitality Academy offers conferences, workshops, masterclasses, and professional development opportunities. Particular attention is given to digital transformation, sustainability, hotel design, guest experience, and innovative business models, enabling hospitality operators to connect with suppliers and identify opportunities to improve their operations and competitiveness.
The 51st edition will take place from February 1–4, 2027, at the Riva del Garda Exhibition Centre, continuing the event's commitment to innovation, education, and industry collaboration.
