Subscribers are not casual readers. They are hoteliers, executives, technology leaders, consultants, and academics who rely on the newsletter to stay current. Reaching them in this context puts your brand alongside content they already trust.

Each newsletter carries a single sponsor. There is no rotation, no shared real estate, and no competing message in the same send. The day belongs to you.

Creative Specifications

The newsletter sponsorship is a single banner image with a target link. We need both, and both must follow the spec below:

  • Image dimensions: 970 × 250 pixels
  • File types: JPG or PNG
  • Animation: not supported. Static images only.
  • Click-through URL: required, with tracking parameters included

Keep the file size reasonable. A few hundred kilobytes is plenty. Heavy images slow newsletter rendering for subscribers, particularly on mobile.

UTM Tracking and Performance

Hospitality Net does not provide open or click reporting for newsletter sponsorships. Performance measurement is handled on your side through UTM parameters in the destination URL.

Add UTM tags to your click-through URL so the resulting traffic shows up cleanly in your analytics. A typical format works well: ?utm_source=hospitalitynet&utm_medium=newsletter&utm_campaign=<campaign-name>. Use a campaign name that is short and identifiable.
