Olaf brings lebensart technology a vast amount of management experience and knowledge in implementing customer centric solutions. For 13 years, Olaf worked with Andersen Consulting on clients such as Lufthansa, GE Capital and Allianz Insurance. While at Andersen, Olaf worked on large projects in the areas of database marketing, electronic commerce and enterprise resource planning. During the course of this work, he spent five years in the United States, Asia and different European countries. In 1999 Olaf left Andersen, as an associate partner, to help form lebensart technology. Thanks to his background, he understands the value and power of customer knowledge and also knows the difficulty many companies have with accessing and utilizing this information. At lebensart technology, Olaf combines his extensive management as well as marketing intelligence experience and knowledge to oversee our global operations. He also serves as a member of the executive board of lebensart global networks AG.
