Robert S. Bennett serves as senior vice president - property systems and services for Pegasus Solutions, a leading worldwide provider of hotel industry reservations transaction processing and electronic commerce services. With more than 25 years of experience, Bennett is primarily responsible for developing, directing and launching Pegasus' Web-based property technology ASP initiatives.

Bennett most recently worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he directed the technology practice of the company's hospitality and leisure management consulting services. His career also includes serving in senior management positions in the area of technology with MICROS-Fidelio Inc.; Marriott International, Inc.; and Hilton International Co.

Bennett was recently inducted into the Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP) International Hospitality Hall of Fame, the hospitality industry's highest level of recognition in the area of technology. He received a bachelor of science in hotel administration from Cornell University. He also completed the Marriott Executive Management Seminars, developed by the University of Maryland Business School. He is a founding member and currently vice-chairman of the American Hotel and Motel Association Technology Committee. Bennett is also a frequent speaker and member of the advisory board for the HITEC conference, which is presented by the Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP) organization.
