Sandals Resorts' Hurricane Guarantee in Full Force; Royal Bahamian Guests to Receive New Vacations, Airfare as a Result of Hurricane Floyd

NASSAU, Bahamas, Sept. 14 / The 560 guests vacationing at Sandals Royal Bahamian Resort and Spa whose holiday has been disturbed by Hurricane Floyd, will receive complimentary replacement vacations, thanks to Sandals Resorts International's Blue Chip Ultra Hurricane Guarantee. Those traveling from North America will also receive complimentary airfare.

Sandals Royal Bahamian Resort and Spa managed to escape any major damage, and all guests enjoyed complete meal service, hot and cold running water and electricity for the duration of the storm. The hotel did not close and remains fully operational.

The Sandals/Beaches Blue Chip Ultra Hurricane Guarantee, introduced in 1997, extends the most comprehensive vacation guarantee from any Caribbean Resort chain.
