Ramesys And Shilo Inns Sign Agreement For MPOWER

Ramesys Hospitality Inc., Edison, NJ - Ramesys Hospitality Inc, South Plainfield, NJ, a leading provider of IT solutions to the economy/budget, mid and resort lodging industry, announces Shilo Inns has just signed an agreement to install MPOWER in Shilo's 45 properties.

MPOWER was initially developed as an enterprise tool to work with Ramesys' ImagInn property management system and has further been enhanced to incorporate data from various Property Management and Point of Sale systems. It delivers accurate site level and corporate information with a touch of a button. The automatic transfer of data extracted from one or multiple properties is done via Dial-up, LAN, WAN or the Internet.

According to Jim McCulloch, Chief Operating Officer of Shilo Inns, "By consolidating data from our hotels, we have gained access to patterns and trends which allow us to make better management decisions based upon hard facts, not intuition. MPOWER also provides us a repository of data that contains information from a longer span of time that could be efficiently held in our PMS systems. From a Franchising standpoint, MPOWER will allow our franchisees an efficient way to access valuable marketing and financial data. MPOWER will also provide us with the capability to export data from any PMS system that can produce a properly formatted file, thus not requiring the franchisee to purchase a new PMS system to come aboard."

Shilo Inns was founded in 1974, and today has more than 46 locations in nine western states. Historically regarded as the largest private, independently operated hospitality company in the western United Sates, Shilo Inns is about to announce an exciting new Franchise Company to the industry.
