Under a multi-year affiliation agreement announced today with AST International LLC of Jarkarta, Indonesia, AFM Hospitality Corporation immediately begins sales and marketing activities for six luxury ASTON resorts located in Indonesia and Guam. Based in Toronto, AFM Hospitality Corporation is parent company of Northwest Lodging International based in Seattle.

Overlooking spectacular ocean vistas with sparkling palm-tree-rimmed pools, the two Guam properties are located in prime resort destinations. The Aston® Inn on the Bay (70 studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites), features panoramic views of Agat Bay and the Pacific Ocean, snorkeling equipment, kayaks and bikes. The Aston® Holiday Plaza Hotel (130 rooms) offers multilingual cables services, poolside bar, scuba dive shop and barbecue facilities among its many amenities. The four Indonesian resorts are nestled between the South China Sea and the Indian Ocean. The Jakarta properties -- The Aston® Atrium Hotel (368 rooms including a Presidential Suite), Aston® Hotel Jakarta (298 two and three-bedroom units), and Aston® Jimbaran Hills Resort (64 suites) -- feature fitness centers, beauty salons, conference centers, swimming pools and more. The Aston® Bali Resort & Spa, a 189-room, five-star hotel located in Tanjung Benoa Village in southern Bali, is an exotic getaway favored by pleasure-seekers. The agreement with AST International marks a move into the global hospitality marketplace for AFM Hospitality Corporation, which is expanding the ASTON® brand in Canada with new properties in Niagara Falls, White Rock, B.C. and downtown Vancouver. New-build properties have also been proposed in Osoyoos, Nanaimo, Victoria and Summerland , B.C.

More than 40 properties now carry the Aston Brand worldwide.
