Optims Revenue Management user base exceeds 500 hotels with eight more signatures in January 2003
Optims S.A. (Evry, France), the European leader in Revenue Management Systems (RMS) and IT enabling solutions dedicated to the hospitality, tourism and transport industries has just been selected by several properties to supply their Revenue Management solutions : Optims.Hotel, revenue optimisation for single properties and City.Optims, centralized revenue optimisation for groups or hotel chains.
Nordic Hotels, Stockholm, Sweden have chosen City.Optims to manage their two hotels Nordic Sea and Nordic Light. The unique ability to centralise and consolidate reporting and optimisation for multi-hotels was a key factor in winning this contract. "The superior functionality, breadth of experience and training capabilities as well as the large install base in Europe, was crucial when choosing Optims as the supplier of our new revenue management system" explains Anders Johansson, Managing Director Nordic Hotels.
Sofitel, Athens Airport, Greece has selected Optims.Hotel. This represents one of the first RMS installations in Greece and is among the very few in south eastern Europe.
Sofitel, Cannes, France, has recently joined the Esnée group which already has City.Optims and will be added to the existing hotels being managed by the Optims RMS. Esnée has 15 hotels in Normandy and the south of France which are all already using Optims PMS solutions.
The Melrose Arch Hotel and Protea Hotel President, both of the Protea group which is based in Cape Town, South Africa, have chosen Optims.Hotel. Protea is the largest hotel group in Africa with more than 120 properties. "We have already seen extensive financial benefits in our 14 other hotels running Optims RMS, and although we reviewed other options available, we are convinced that Optims is the right choice for us and importantly, has the infrastructure to support Protea" states Bryan Mulliner, Group Revenue Manager, Protea Hotels.
The Shilla Seoul, South Korea a five star Leading Hotel of the World is the second recent signing in Asia following the agreement with The White Swan, China. The Shilla Hotel has chosen Optims.Hotel.
CERAM Entreprises the University for Tourism Management, located in south of France has selected Optims to deliver their Yield Management module and lectures for its Tourism Management program.

These solutions are interfaced with the majority of the PMS systems available in the market (around 30 interfaces have been developed), among which are Hogatex, Lanmark, Micros Fidelio, Softbrands, Geac and HIS.
