Jon Inge is an independent consultant in the use of computer-based systems in hotels, with over twenty five years of experience in the industry from both the systems vendor and the operational sides. Jon Inge's focus is on property-based technology: Property Management Systems, Sales & Catering, Point of Sale, Inventory/Purchasing and all the many and various other systems with which they interact in a hotel environment. Inge works with other Associates who have similar specialties in the Central Reservations, Telecommunications and PBX fields. In an ongoing effort to de-mystify technology, Jon Inge also write full-length articles regularly for the trade press (particularly Hospitality Upgrade magazine), and compile the Technology News for the bi-weekly "Siegel Sez" edition of Hotel-Online's daily electronic newsletter.
