DLF buys stake in Aman Resorts | $400 Million Transaction | reuters.com

DLF Ltd, India's largest listed real estate firm, said on Tuesday it had partnered the founder of Aman Resorts for a stake in the luxury hotel chain. DLF and Adrian Zecha, founder of Aman Resorts, will hold equal stakes in the company that is valued at $400 million, DLF said in a statement. Overseas Hotels Ltd, a DLF subsidiary, is making the investment. The deal also includes debt of about $150 million.
