Leon Dolle

Hendrik Bosch, General Manager of the InterContinental Amstel Amsterdam, has appointed Leon Dolle as Executive Assistant Manager in charge of Food and Beverage. Formerly, Dolle was Group Director at the Green T. House, which has locations in Beijing and Hong Kong. In his new capacity, Dolle will have final responsibility for all Food and Beverage departments, including the kitchen. He will replace the General Manager in his absence.

Leon Dolle: “After having worked abroad for eleven years, it is wonderful to make the changeover to the Amstel Hotel. My experiences in the Far East have provided me with a solid basis for emphasizing attention to detail, hospitality and the joy of providing a service. Furthermore, I am looking forward to the challenge of developing our Food and Beverage product even further.”

In the course of his career, Dolle has had plenty of international experience. In 1997 he left for Asia, where he worked at a number of Marriott Hotels in Malaysia and Thailand. In 2001 he was Opening Executive Assistant Manager at Bangkok’s Conrad Hotel. After a changeover to the Renaissance and New World Hotel in Kuala Lumpur he became General Manager of the Bed Supperclub in Bangkok. In 2007 he started working at the Green T. House in Hong Kong.


InterContinental Amstel Amsterdam has been regarded as the Netherlands’ most prestigious hotel since it opened its doors in 1867. The hotel is listed in the Condé Nast Traveler Gold List 2008.
