UNITED ARAB EMIRATES - Following the recent launch of Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts' new Live Unforgettable concierge offerings, Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah is bringing the campaign to life in the Middle East with the introduction of a Jet Lag Guru. Unique to this property, the complimentary service will provide guests with advice on how to combat jet lag and help arrange tailored experiences including a relaxing Neom Tranquillity Bath on arrival and a special Jet Lag Menu at Vietnamese restaurant LAO. Renowned for anticipating travellers' every need with its 'True Waldorf Service,' Hilton 's iconic luxury brand makes strides to elevate and personalise the 'Live Unforgettable' campaign even further.

A recent global study of luxury travellers conducted by Hilton1 highlights a surprising reliance on concierges, with nearly one-third of leisure travellers reporting that they plan little to none of their trip prior to their arrival, and an additional 47 percent reporting they intentionally leave some details of their trip unplanned until they arrive at their hotel. In response to guests and their travel aspirations, a survey of 2,000 luxury consumers2 found that more than one-third of travellers (36 percent) wanted to experience a 'Jet Lag Guru' when they travelled.

"As luxury travel continues to evolve alongside a growing desire for bespoke experiences, it's key for the luxury sector to keep up with the rising demands and expectations from global travellers. With the launch of new Jet Lag Guru, we're taking our True Waldorf Service to the next level, to ensure guests' needs are catered to from the moment they step on property to guarantee a truly unforgettable experience," said David Wilson, general manager, Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah.
