Many industries, including the hospitality sector, have been hit hard as a result of Covid-19. In light of this, Dorchester Collection Academy is launching a new charitable initiative on August 4, 2020 to support and help hospitality professionals who may have been made redundant; offering its bespoke services on a complimentary basis to a select number of UK applicants.
Dorchester Collection Academy works with both individuals and brands, using the legendary hotel group's renowned insight and expertise as a global leader in the ultra-luxury market. Through engaging programmes, the academy focuses on training its attendees to understand what it is to be an inspirational leader and the essence of delivering the ultimate service experience.
The academy is the first of its kind in the UK luxury hospitality market, and this unique opportunity will offer a complimentary, 90 minute, tailored interview practice session (either virtually or face-to-face) with vital feedback to help hospitality managers on their journey to securing a new role.
The 12 selected managers within the hospitality industry (e.g. hotels, restaurants, airlines, cruise companies) will spend one-on-one time with the academy's experienced team, headed by global director, Beth Aarons.
To apply, managers can contact the academy via email on [email protected] and a member of the academy team will be in touch. Applications open on Tuesday, August 4, and close on Thursday, August 20, 2020.
The academy team provides consultancy support, bespoke learning programmes and executive coaching for individuals, luxury and aspirational brands. These events can be hosted in our state-of-the-art training facilities, and stylish and customisable rooms in Mayfair.
