Maastricht Area, Netherlands - The hotel and travel industry has been significantly impacted by the pandemic, and Hospitality Net is facilitating a 2021 online survey to help the hospitality community better navigate the changing landscape. The survey will examine the topic of Housekeeping and Hygiene from the perspective of guest expectations.

As part of our ongoing commitment to creating thought leadership for their readers, Hospitality Net has partnered with Knowingli, an independent research firm, to manage this confidential and anonymous survey, as well as develop the final report. The aim is to provide a comprehensive and accurate picture of the challenges and opportunities that will shape travel and the hotel industry's rebound.

The survey is open to all and takes just a few moments to complete.

By participating in the survey, you will contribute valuable insights aimed at inspiring a quicker recovery and rebound for hoteliers.

"With optimism on the horizon, we want to shine a light on the key areas, like Housekeeping and Hygiene, that will shape the recovery," says Henri Roelings, Founder of Hospitality Net. "Gathering insights is critical to gaining a deeper visibility of how to move forward," said Henri. "Understanding expectations enables hoteliers to anticipate and respond to the enduring changes that will transform our industry."

Hospitality Net has remained an indispensable resource for support and guidance through crises for hotel brands and travel companies throughout the global pandemic. Key findings will be shared in a report, which will be available in late Q1.

All responses will be analyzed only in the aggregate; individual answers are confidential.
